About me…
My name is Barb Larose.
As long as I can remember I had a strong drive to do something important that would have a positive effect on the lives of others. In turn, I searched for a career where I could build upon and use my strengths, so I could be effective and therefore successful in offering this skillset to others.
Early on, I learned that I have a natural gift for sales. I loved people and was fascinated with our differences… I also loved an architecture design course I took in school. At the age of 18 I believed, I had figured it out, I would become a Realtor…it made perfect sense and I have never looked back.
Attending George Brown College, I received my Real Estate license at the very young age of 19! I did not own a car or even have a driver’s license LOL. Of course that changed in a hurry 🙂 I am now celebrating 32 years as a successful Realtor and I am shooting for 32 more ;). Dream big or stay home!
Just to note…I am the youngest realtor to have ever joined The North Bay Real Estate Board.
I chose to align myself with Remax because quite impressively, they are the Number 1 Real Estate Company in the World. The Remax business framework allows me to be Independent while having a team of experts and a worldwide referral network system at my disposal. This helps me to ensure my Clients achieve their most important Real Estate dreams and financial goals.
Having a positive energetic attitude towards everything I do is part of who I am, along with having an amazing family that is always there for me. Helping others to improve their quality of life and giving back to the community are two things that are very important to me and selling Real Estate gives me the opportunity to do just that. Understanding my client’s needs and wants, protecting their interests and keeping abreast of the current market trends are a large part of my day’s work. Furthermore, educating myself and using the latest in marketing technologies helps my clients get ahead of the pack whether buying or selling.
My Clients know I care and they have always appreciated my very strong staging, marketing, shopping and negotiating skills, along with my knowledge of construction and my commitment throughout their selling and/or buying process.
I continue to invest in my practice to ensure my clients success. Keeping up with current Real Estate Law and Continuing Education is paramount. I am passionate about my work, building life-long relationships with my clients and continually growing my strong ties and connections in the community.
